Questions
I already use a spreadsheet.
A spreadsheet won't tell you a second vaccine is due in three days, and it won't hand a buyer anything at pickup. If those two things don't bother you, keep the spreadsheet — it's free and it works.
Is this a registry or a kennel club?
No. Registrations, pedigrees and litter paperwork still go through your club exactly as they do now. This holds your own records and what you give the buyer.
Cats, or only dogs?
Both. The structure is the same: tested parents, a litter, kittens or puppies going to buyers.
What do buyers see?
Only the record for the animal they bought, and only what you choose to include. There's no public directory of your kennel and no way for one buyer to see another's.
What if I stop paying?
Your records export in one click as ordinary files and PDFs, on any plan, including during the trial. Handover links already given to buyers keep working — those records belong to them now, not to us.
